Privacy policy
Scope
Shishan helps you save and organize images, source links and short ideas on your device. This HarmonyOS version has no accounts, developer cloud sync, ads or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not upload your collection to a developer content server.
Saved content
Titles, ideas, source text and links that you enter or share, selected images, recognized text, collection names, favorites and time information are stored in private app storage for browsing, searching and organizing.
Images, text recognition and sharing
The system picker supplies only images you select. Images are converted to JPEG with a longest edge of up to 2000 pixels. Device OCR text is stored locally and may be inaccurate. Shishan does not alter photo-library originals or read the entire library. Its share extension reads only content you share with it; canceled input is not committed as a saved item.
Network access and source links
This version does not declare INTERNET permission and does not fetch webpage covers, summaries or full text. Saving a link stores the information you supply. Opening its source hands it to an external system app, which handles any requests. Sharing passes your selected text and links to the chosen destination under its own rules.
Retention, recovery and deletion
Items remain until you delete them. Ordinary deletion moves them to Recently Deleted for recovery. Permanent deletion removes local records and associated images and cannot be undone. Photo-library originals, previously shared copies and historical system backups are unaffected.
System backup and migration
System backups, device migration and destination-app copies are managed by the relevant system or app. Shishan has no cross-device sync and does not promise system backup as its own recovery service.
Policy updates
We update this policy when features or data handling change. New uses of data will be explained before you use the relevant feature.
Support and privacy requests
Include the app name, platform, app and OS versions, steps and error message. Send only what is needed, redact private material, and never send passwords, recovery codes, tokens or a complete private collection.
