Saving content
Select images, type an idea, or pass content through system sharing. Only selected images are read, and image text recognition runs on the device. Add a clear title or note when recognition misses text.
Source links and webpage previews
The HarmonyOS version does not fetch webpage previews. Saving a link does not download website content. Opening a source hands it to an external app; network access, login and changes at the source may affect availability.
Recovery and permanent deletion
Recover ordinarily deleted items from Recently Deleted. Permanently deleted items cannot be recovered in Shishan; system-photo originals and previously shared copies are unaffected.
Changing devices and saving problems
There is no cross-device sync. Device settings manage system backups. If saving fails, keep the draft and check available storage. Avoid uninstalling or clearing data before safeguarding your content.
Support and privacy requests
Include the app name, platform, app and OS versions, steps and error message. Send only what is needed, redact private material, and never send passwords, recovery codes, tokens or a complete private collection.
